Scores the balance between open-ended and closed (yes/no) questions asked by the rep. Higher scores reflect more exploratory, open questioning.

Listening Signal Present

Detects whether any active listening signal is present - including content-specific paraphrase, acknowledgement of a specific point, or an explicit check for understanding.

Interruption Present

Detects whether the rep interrupts the customer mid-sentence in a way that disrupts the customer's turn.
